Our AI Developer Agent continuously finds and implements cost-saving improvements in your application code. Backed by an experienced founding team with multiple exits, we’re now hiring our first marketing team member to build the most modern and AI-enabled go-to-market motion in the industry.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building from zero to 100. You’ll lead demand generation strategy and execution across paid and organic channels, content, and outbound campaigns, owning the full growth engine end to end. This is a dream role for someone who’s systems-driven, creative, hands-on, and hungry to do things differently in the age of AI transformation.
What You’ll Own
- Omnichannel Demand Engine: Stand up and manage campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, webinar, blog, digital content and SEO/AIO.
- Content & Messaging: Work with founders to produce blogs, landing pages, and other marketing content that resonates with our ICP. Sharpen our messaging across channels and formats.
- Website & SEO/AIO: Own website updates and management, implement our SEO strategy, and incorporate AI-optimized content (AIO) to drive organic growth.
- Inbound Infrastructure: Build high-converting landing pages, CTAs, nurture workflows, and refine lead scoring models.
- Outbound Infrastructure: Launch and iterate on cold outbound programs, including sequences, personalization, and account targeting, working closely with business development and sales team members. Using tools like Instantly, Clay, and HubSpot Sales.
- Marketing Stack: Continually optimize and scale tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and other connected tools to track and improve performance across every touchpoint in the customer journey.
- Reporting & Iteration: Monitor campaign performance and lead funnel health, and rapidly test new growth plays to scale what works.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, especially in growth, demand gen, or full-stack marketing roles
- Strong prompt engineering skills and experience using AI to create more, better content in less time, with an eye for strategic messaging and positioning
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads and Analytics, Apollo, Clay, and basic website management (e.g., Webflow or similar)
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound growth efforts
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with AI Optimization for organic traffic generation
- Familiarity with revops principles and a love for building clean, scalable systems
- Curious, innovative, and highly energized by the idea of building something from scratch and moving quickly alongside an experienced, fun team

As a Senior Software Engineer at our seed-stage SaaS startup in Ottawa (hybrid), you drive the development of critical platform features and systems that directly impact customer success and business growth.
You take ownership of complex technical challenges, from initial design through production deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our enterprise-grade standards.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations, contributing to architecture decisions and establishing patterns that other engineers can follow.
You mentor team members through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing while championing engineering best practices including automated testing, observability, and security compliance (SOC 2).
You work closely with your team as well as the VP of Engineering and CTO to influence technical direction, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to the roadmap planning process.
You engage with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points and validate technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
